摘要
综述了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)和高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)本体聚合工艺各种不同形式反应器的优缺点以及不同专利商的流程反应器组合特点。重点阐述了在工业放大过程中,反应器的选择依据和设计要点。提出对反应器组合流程的设计应该充分挖掘本体聚合的优势。
Reviewed the merits and demerits of different reactors for bulk polymerization of ABS and HIPS, as well as the characters and combination process of reactors from different licensors. Focused on the selection principles and de- sign points of the reactors during scale-up process, and put forward that the reactors combination process design should on the basis of exploiting the potentialities of bulk polymerization fully.
