摘要
文章归纳电子电路基材领域相比漏电起痕指数测试中遇到的典型案例,讨论了样品种类、样品清洁度,溶液电阻率、滴液量,电极材质、电极清洁度、电极磨损等因素对CTI测试结果的影响。
In this paper,typical cases of CTI test on PCB base materials were exemplified,and the influential factors of CTI test results,including type of test specimen,surface state of test specimen;resistivity of test solution,drops of the test solution;material made of electrodes,contamination coating electrodes,and wear of electrodes were deeply discussed.
