摘要
中红外激光技术在激光通信、遥感技术、光谱分析和军事等方面都有重要的作用。介绍了产生中红外激光的各种方式,综述了其技术特点和进展情况。首先介绍了线性光学方法产生中红外激光的技术,如固体激光器、半导体量子级联激光器、自由电子激光器、化学激光器等的进展;然后对基于物质二阶非线性作用产生中红外激光的光学倍频激光器和光参量激光器的进展进行了介绍;最后讨论了中红外激光技术的现状和发展趋势。
Mid-infrared laser has very important applications in many fields such as laser communication, remote sensing, spectroscopy and countermeasure. Methods of producing mid-infrared lasers are introduced. Progress and characteristics of mid-infrared laser technology are summarized. The discussion includes two aspects. One is the linear methods such as the solid laser, semiconductor quantum cascade laser, free-electron laser and chemical laser. The other is the nonlinear ways based on second-order nonlinearity such as the frequency-doubled laser and optical para-metric laser. Finally, the status and the prospect of mid-infrared lasers are analyzed.
