摘要
基于中红外LED差分检测技术,用于二氧化碳气体的检测。采用中红外LED室温时工作波长在4.26μm附近,覆盖了二氧化碳的吸收谱线。采用双波长双光路差分的方法,相对于单波长单光路法,检测灵敏度提高了一个数量级,减小了示值误差。
The differential detection technology based on the mid-infrared LED is presented, and it is applied to the detection of carbon dioxide. At room temperature and mid-infrared LED wavelengths near 4. 26 μm, the carbon dioxide absorption line spectrum is covered. Compared with the single wavelength single optical path method, the detection sensitivity of the dual wavelength double optical path difference method is improved by an order of magnitude, and the indication error is reduced.
