摘要 归纳了昆虫对Bt的抗性反应及其生化、分子和行为机制,总结了昆虫对Bt抗性的研究方法,包括昆虫抗性种群的筛选方法和分子标记法,并提出了昆虫Bt抗性研究存在的问题和展望。 The current knowledge of biochemical, molecular and behavioral mechanisms on insect resistance to Bt(Bacillus thuringiensis) toxin was reviewed, two research methods of insect resistance to Bt including the screening of insect resistant populations and the molecu- lar markers were introduced, and problems unsolved as well as various approaches to solve them were presented.
