宣化传统葡萄种质资源保护途径

Protection approaches of traditional grape germplasm resources in Xuanhua District

宣化区拥有较为丰富的葡萄遗传资源,是国家葡萄遗传多样性的重要组成部分。本文通过对葡萄种质资源概念的理解和认识,概述了宣化区葡萄种质资源的现状,论述了葡萄种质资源保护对生物多样性保护、葡萄品种改良和新品种选育、生态环境建设和葡萄农业持续发展的重要意义。建议采用种质资源库和原生境、农家保存互为补充保存体系,实施种质更新和资源保护。

Xuanhua District has relatively rich grape genetic resources （GGRs）, which are an important part of the national grape genetic diversity. In this paper, the current situation of GGRs of Xuanhua District is summarized based on the understanding of the concept of grape germplasm resources, and the significance of the GGRs protection is also discussed, which may affect the biodiversity conservation, the variety improvement and new varieties develop- ment of grape, ecological environmental construction, grape agricultural sustainable develop- ment, and so on. A conservation system of combining the germplasm resources pool with the original habitat and farmers＇ save is recommended, and simultaneously the implementation of germplasm update and resources protection is suggested by strengthening the GGRs pro- tection and promoting the exchange and utilization of GGRs of Xuanhua District.
