基于卓越绩效模式的企业流程设计 被引量:2

摘要 文章对企业流程设计现状进行分析,找到现存问题,即流程失效。在此基础上提出将卓越绩效模式融入流程设计过程的方法,并通过对此方法的理论可行性进行分析,证明其在解决流程失效现象问题上是具有实践意义的。
