安徽省农村居民高血压认知及行为调查

Investigation on the Rural Residents' Knowledge of Hypertension and Their Health Behaviors in Anhui Province

目的:了解基本公共卫生服务均等化政策推动下,农村居民高血压患病及相关知识、行为状况。方法:在安徽省亳州市、安庆市、铜陵市整群抽取16个自然村作为调查现场,每个调查现场随机选择50-70名30岁及以上常住居民为调查对象,实际调查960人。结果:调查地区高血压患病率为16.4%;高血压知晓率为52.69%;高血压相关知识平均得分为4.17分;高血压患者健康行为平均得分为5.19分。结论:应采取适宜的健康教育形式、合理有效的社区干预措施和规范化管理等,提高农村居民自我保健意识和健康管理技能。

Objective： To understand the prevalence of hypertension and the related knowledge and behaviors among the rural residents under the promotion of the equalization of primary public health care. Methods：16 villages were selected as the investigation spot using cluster sampling method in Bozhou, Anqing, and Tongling City in Anhui Province. 50 to 70 permanent residents 30 years old and above were randomly selected as the respondents in each survey site. The total number of respondents were 960. Results ： Hypertension prevalence in the survey sites was 16.4%. The hypertension awareness rate among the respondents was 52.69%. The respondents＇ average seore of hypertension knowledge was 4.17. The average score of the hypertensive patients＇ health behaviors was 5.19. Conclusion：Proper health education form, reasonable and effective community interventions as well as standardized management should be taken to promote the self - healthcare awareness and health management skills of the rural residents.
