Problems and Countermeasures of Sub-health Status of Anesthetists in China

医疗人员由于工作压力等原因已经成为亚健康易感人群,而麻醉医生由于工作环境及工作性质的特殊性,更容易处于亚健康状态。本文通过亚健康状态的分类及麻醉医生亚健康状态的具体表现,分析麻醉医生亚健康状态产生的常见原因,并从麻醉医生自身、医疗服务对象、科室管理者、医院领导层、卫生管理行政部门等方面提出合理缓解其亚健康状态的应对策略。

Healthcare workers are prone to be in sub - health status because of the work stress,and anesthetists are more prone to be in sub - health status in medical personnel group based on the specific characteristics of the working situation and contents. The classifications and performance of sub - health status were stated,and the causes of this phenomenon were analyzed, and several regulation measures to solve the problems in the perspective of anesthetists,patients, anesthesiology department managers, hospital leadership and administrative department were proposed in this article.
