我国转化医学学科建设中存在的问题及对策

我国转化医学发展较快,但存在着自主创新能力不够、整体发展战略缺乏顶层设计、转化医学人才缺乏等问题。为此,我国各级政府、相关管理部门及研究机构应大力改善转化医学自主创新的社会环境和学术环境,制定科学合理的转化医学战略发展规划,并制定相关政策和激励机制,以鼓励高等院校大力培养合格的转化医学人才,促使转化医学能够尽早的为我国人民的健康需求,提供质优价廉的医疗服务。

Translational medicine in China is developing rapidly, but there are some problems such as a lack of independent innovation, a lack of top - level design in overall strategic layout and transformation medical talents. Therefore the government, related administrative departments and institutions need to improve social environment and academic environment of independent innovation, make rational strategic plan and related policy and incentive mechanism, and train transformation medical professional, so as to make transformation medical benefit our people health.
