摘要 硫化剂作为橡胶配方的重要组成部分,对橡胶制品的疲劳撕裂特性有着关键的影响。以前的研究主要侧重于试验的方法;且有周期长、费用大的缺点。为此,利用有限元分析技术研究硫化剂对某型弹性元件疲劳撕裂特性的影响。首先得到不同硫化剂品种和硫化剂用量的橡胶材料标准试样,并获得其材料本构模型。隨后,用于ANSYS分析不同橡胶材料对应弹性元件的疲劳撕裂特性。最后总结得出硫化剂对某型弹性元件疲劳撕裂特性的影响规律并进行实验验证。 The vulcanizing agent,as an important part of the rubber ingredient,has critical impact on the fatigue tear characteristics of rubber products.Previous study is mainly focused on test methods,which are costly and time consuming.In this paper,the influence of vulcanizing agents on fatigue tear characteristics of a certain type of elastic components was studied by means of finite element analysis.First of all,several specimens of rubber material with different species and the amount of vulcanizing agents were prepared and their constitutive relations were obtained.Then,the fatigue tear characteristics of these specimens were studied by means of ANSYS code.Finally,the influence of the vulcanizing agents on the fatigue tear characteristics of the type of elastic components was summarized and verified by experiments.
