微穿孔板—蜂窝夹芯复合结构的隔声性能 被引量:15

摘要 对微穿孔板和铝蜂窝芯的复合结构,测定其具有不同参数的隔声性能。在该结构中加入GSGN薄膜和木屑板,制备出新型轻质隔声复合结构板,计权隔声量为58.41 dB,密度仅为0.037 g/mm3,达到了轻质高效隔声的目的。预期该新型复合结构板可应用于建筑材料和声屏障上,可提高结构的隔声降噪能力,改善居民生活环境质量。 A new type of light sound-insulation composite plates made up of aluminum honeycomb core and microperforated panels with GSGN film and sawdust-board added in was fabericated.The sound insulation properties of the plates with different structural parameters of the honeycomb cores and microperforated panels were measured.The result shows that the weighted sound-insulation index can reach 58.41 dB and the density is only 0.37 g/mm3.It is expected that the traffic noise can be greatly reduced if these composite structures are applied to the sound barriers,and the quality of acoustic environment can be greatly improved.
