Cold sulg often bought obvious surface defect in the injection parts.The common causes of cold slug in the injection parts were analyzed combining a collection of instances and finite element method,solutions were proposed to eliminate or weaken the phenomenon of jetting from four aspects of equipments,mold design,molding process and material.
