摘要
通过在贵州某矿1114工作面回风石门揭煤施工瓦斯预抽钻孔过程中,对部分钻孔实施交叉式水力割缝增透措施,大大增加了煤层的透气性,提高了抽放效果,不但有效地降低了煤层瓦斯含量,而且缩短了石门揭煤时间,达到快速安全揭煤的目的。实践证明,在预抽时间相同的情况下,抽放效果提高1倍多;在抽放效果相同的情况下,预抽时间缩短了3/4。
In the drilling process of gas pre-drainage holes for exposing outburst coal seam in the return crosscut of 1114 working face in a mine in Guizhou Province,cross hydraulic cutting was implemented to enhance the gas permeability of coal seam,which not only greatly enhanced the gas permeability of the seam,improved gas drainage effect and effectively reduced the gas content in the seam,but also shortened the time for exposing outburst seam in the crosscut and achieved the purpose of safely and rapidly exposing outburst seam.The practice indicated that the drainage efficiency was raised by more than one times in the case of the same gas pre-drainage time,and the gas pre-drainage time was shortened by three fourths in the case of the same drainage efficiency.
