新型镉配合物{[Cd_2(C_(20)H_(17)N_3O_3F_2)_2(C_8H_4O_4)_2]·H_2O}的合成及其晶体结构 被引量:2

摘要 以沙拉沙星为主要配体,对苯二甲酸为桥联配体,镉(Cd)为配位反应中心,利用水热法合成了新型配合物[Cd2(C20H17N3O3F2)2(C8H4O4)2].H2O(1),其结构经X-射线单晶衍射和元素分析表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数a=19.994 1(8),b=11.166 6(3),c=22.561 4(8),β=95.826(3)°,V=5 011.2(3)3,Z=4,Dc=1.781 g.cm-3,R1=0.054 6,ωR2=0.099 5。1中每个Cd原子与一个沙拉沙星配体、三个对苯二甲酸以及一个游离的水分子配位,形成了具有无限伸展孔道结构的二维网络结构。 A novel Cadmium coordination compound,[Cd2(C20H17N3O3F2)2(C8H4O4)2]·H2O(1),was synthesized by solvothermal reactions of Sarafloxacin,Cadmium acetate,and p-phthalic acid.The structure was characterized by XRD and elemental analysis.1 belongs to monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a=19.994 1(8),b=11.166 6(3),c=22.561 4(8),β=95.826(3)°,V=5 011.2(3)3,Z=4,Dc=1.781 g·cm-3,R1=0.054 6,ωR2=0.099 5.2D framework with nanometer port-hol was formed by coordination of the Cadmium atom with one ligand,three bridge-ligands,and one free H2O molecule.
