从国内外学者对信息、信息科学、情报3个基础概念的不同理解谈起,进而阐述了数据和信息、信息和信息科学、信息科学和情报之间的联系,最后对情报概念作出新的探究,总结出情报即是一对一服务的信息科学。

The paper analyzes different understandings on information, information science and intelligence from domestic and overseas scholars, elaborates on the relationships between data and information, information and information science, information science and intelligence, makes a new exploration into the concept of intelligence, and finally concludes that intelligence is the information science providing one-to-one service.
