摘要
依据CNKI的中国期刊全文数据库、中国引文数据库及维普资讯的中文科技期刊评价报告,运用文献计量学分析方法,对《食品与发酵工业》杂志2001-2010年的载文量、下载量、被引频次、基金论文、引文量、作者群等方面进行统计分析。结果表明:该刊的学术价值较高且学术影响力不断提升,载文量、下载量逐年递增,基金论文、篇均引文稳步提高,核心作者群基本形成;该刊是我国食品与发酵研究领域最重要的信息源之一和主要核心期刊。
According to CNKI's China Journal Fulltext Database and Chinese Citation Database, as well as VIP's Chinese Sci ence and Technology Journal Evaluation Report, the paper makes a statistic analysis of papers published in Food and Fermentation In dustries in 20012010, from aspects of quantity of published papers, number of download, cited frequency, funded paper, quantity of citations and author group. The results show that the magazine has higher academic value, and its academic impact is rising, for in stance, amount of published papers and download increases year by year, number of funded paper and paperaverage citation raises steadily, and its core author group takes shape basically. The magazine is one of the most important sources of information and main core iournal in the field of food and fermentation research in China.
