摘要
通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,就公共图书馆和高校图书馆读者对移动图书馆的认知进行调研。研究结果表明,读者对移动图书馆的认识不足,对其提供的服务满意度较低。提出移动图书馆可以运用社会化、本地化、移动化的SOLOMO模式为读者服务。
On the basis of questionnaire and personal interview, the paper surveys public library and university library readers＇ cognition of mobile library. The result indicates that readers are lack of knowledge of mobile library, and their satisfaction of provided service is low. Finally, the paper proposes that mobile library can adopt social, local and mobile SOLOMO mode to serve readers.
