腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床分析

A clinical analysis for laparoscopy combined with drug in the treatment of endometriosis

目的评价腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选取2007年1月至2012年3月该院子宫内膜异位症患者90例并分组,开腹手术组(A组)30例;腹腔镜手术组(B组)60例,并比较2组的临床疗效。结果 B组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后最高体温、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间等方面均优于A组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前血清CA125之间差异无统计学意义,治疗后血清CA125明显降低,分别与本组治疗前差异有统计学意义(t=9.24、13.81,P<0.001)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症比开腹要更加微创,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy to treat endometriosis.Methods In Taihe hospital,from January 2007 to March 2012,90 cases with endometriosis by operation were selected.They were divided into two groups.30 cases in group A were treated by open celiac,while 60 cases in group B were treated by laparoscopy.The curative effects in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the aspects of operative time,blood loss,highest temperature,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,hospital stay,group B were superior to that of group A（P 0.05）;There was no statistically significant difference in serum level of CA125 before treatment between the two groups,but the serum levels of CA125 after treatment in the two groups decreased significantly,compared with before treatment（t = 9.24、13.81,P 0.001）.Conclusion Laparoscopy is an effective treatment for patients with endometriosis.
