某三甲医院降糖药的药物利用分析

Utilization analysis of prescriptions of hypoglycemic agents

目的了解安徽省某三甲医院在新医改模式下降糖药的应用情况及趋势。方法采用处方资料的回顾性研究方法,以药物使用构成比、金额排序与序号比值为评价指标对安徽省某三甲医院2010年5—8月及2011年5—8月降糖药的药物利用情况进行统计、分析。结果降糖药消耗金额增加,其中胰岛素连续两年的消耗金额排序均为第1位;用药频度(DDDs)排序前3的分别是胰岛素、二甲双胍、阿卡波糖。结论各类降糖药的序号比值接近1,从药物利用分析的角度,提示降糖药的应用基本合理。在该研究阶段,新医改的药物政策尚未对三级医院中该类药物的使用产生显著影响。

Objective To analyze the utilization and the trend of hypoglycemic agents in one of Grade ⅢA hospital under the new mode of medical reform.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of the prescribing information.With drug use constituent ratio,the ratio of the amount of sorting and serial number as evaluation indexes hypoglycemic drug utilization statistics and analysis were made in a hospital in Anhui Province from May to August of 2010 and from May to August of 2011.Results The amount of diabetes drug consumed increased by season,with insulin ranking the first.The top three in DDDs were insulin,metformin,and acarbose.Conclusions The application of hospital medicine is basically reasonable.The serial number ratio of all kinds of hypoglycemic agents is close to 1,suggesting that the use of hypoglycemic agents is reasonable.During the research phase,the drug policy of the new health care reform has not been a significant impact on the use of these drugs in the tertiary hospitals.
