某三级医院PIVAS运行对静脉药物成本的影响

Impact on intravenous drug cost after the PIVAS works in one senior hospital

目的比较PIVAS运行前后医院静脉药物配置成本的差异。方法调查PIVAS运行前后一年医院7个科室静脉药物配置成本,采用t检验分析PIVAS运行前后住院患者均次药费、消耗性材料及日常维护费用差异并进行评价。结果实行静脉药物集中调配后各科室住院患者均次药费和消耗性材料成本显著下降,日常维护费用有所下降,但差异无统计学意义。结论静脉用药集中调配在降低患者输液成本方面起了较大作用。建立静脉药物集中调配中心,是适应新时期医院安全用药和医院药学发展的迫切需求。

Objective To compare the intravenous drug configure cost differences before and after the PIVAS works in hospital.Methods We investigated the intravenous drug configure cost differences before and after the PIVAS works of 7 departments at one year,adopted t-test to analyze and evaluate the cost differences of the average cost of drugs on in-patients,consumptive materials and the fee of daily maintenances.Results After the PIVAS works,the drugs’average cost and the consumptive materials significantly decreased,while the cost of daily maintenances did not significantly decline.Conclusions PIVAS has played a great role in reducing the in-patients’transfusion costs,therefore,it is argent to operate PIVAS for safety drug use and the development of hospital pharmacy in new era.
