缺氧诱导因子-1α和血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义 被引量：4

摘要 血管生成在肿瘤的发生、发展和转移中起重要作用。研究表明缺氧诱导因子（hypoxia induced factorl，HIF）-1在肿瘤缺氧环境中起着中枢纽带作用，对血红素加氧酶、葡萄糖转运蛋白、糖酵解酶、血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）、促红细胞生成素以及P53等细胞酶和蛋白起着调节作用，
