脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗原发性系统性淀粉样变性一例

摘要 患者女，35岁，因“腰痛伴颜面部、下肢浮肿1月余”于2012年6月12日入院。患者1月余前无明显诱因出现右侧腰部疼痛，后逐渐伴有颜面部及下肢浮肿，病程中患者出现发热、少尿、胸闷、腹泻等症状，无脱发、口腔溃疡、四肢麻木等。既往无慢性病史。入院时体格检查：
