摘要
目前 ,对人工心脏的研究已发展到动物试验阶段 ,并准备由单一的左心辅助逐步向植入式人工全心发展。按照心率 ,收缩期 /扩张期近似线性的控制规律 ,考虑了体温、体表湿度的影响因素 ,采用 80 96单片计算机为核心的智能型人工心脏控制器实验装置已被组成。它可在人工干预的条件下对几个相关生理参数进行一定范围内的自适应调整 ,为人工心脏实验的模拟运行研究创造了条件。
At present, the study on artificial heart is mainly carried out on animals and is ready for developing gradually from the simple left heart assistance to implanted whole heart. Based on the nearly linear control rule of heart rate and contraction phase/expansion phase, the intelligent experimental artificial heart controller equipment was constructed, using 8096 single chip computer as the system kernel and considering the body temperature and humidity factors. Under worker's interference, it can realize the adaptive regulation on several related physiological parameters in some ranges, making it feasible for the simulative running of artificial heart.
