抗癫药物皮肤不良反应与HLA基因的关系进展 被引量:2

摘要 癫癎(epilepsy)是神经内科常见的疾病之一,抗癫药物(antiepileptic drugs,AEDs)是治疗癫癎最主要的方法。经过系统、规范的长程治疗,大多数癫癎有可能经过药物治疗而痊愈,特别是新型AEDs上市以来,其药物不良反应明显减轻,AEDs治疗使广大癫癎患者易于接受。在AEDs中卡马西平(carbamazepine,CBZ)、奥卡西平(oxcarbazepine,OXC)、苯巴比妥(phenobarbital,PB)、拉莫三嗪(lamotrigine,LTG)、苯妥英(phenytoin,PHT)等抗癫癎效果已得到肯定,
