摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了TZM合金,研究了不同Ti、Zr加入形式对TZM合金组织形貌、维氏硬度和高温变形抗力的影响。结果表明:加入Ti、Zr元素的TZM合金中存在大量Ti、Zr氧化物及单质,可有效阻碍位错运动,提高合金强度;以TiH2-Zr形式加入的TZM合金,第二相分布均匀弥散,且高温变形抗力最大。
TZM alloy was prepared by powder metallurgy,and the effects of Ti and Zr adding forms on its microstructure and morphology, Vickers hardness, high temperature deformation resistance were investiga- ted. The results indicate that the addition of Ti and Zr elements results in lots of Ti and Zr oxides and sim- ple substances in TZM alloy, effectively hindering dislocation motion and improving alloy intensity. TZM alloy with Ti and Zr added in the form of TiH2-Zr has dispersed and uniform second phase and the greatest high temperature deformation resistance.
