摘要
采用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)分析同一竹子不同高度处的竹材制成厚度相同的有节与无节的试件,以及同一高度处的竹材制成不同厚度的有节与无节试件,研究其动态力学性能变化规律。结果表明:①竹材的储能模量随温度的升高而下降,损耗模量在玻璃化转变温度前,随温度的升高而增大,超过玻璃化转变温度,随温度的升高而下降,损耗因子的变化趋势与损耗模量相同;②处于竹竿上部的竹材的常温储能模量要比下部的大,并且损耗峰温度也要稍高于下部的竹材,竹青含量越高的试件的常温储能模量和损耗模量都越高;③含有竹节的竹材的储能模量要稍高于不含竹节的竹材。
Experiments were conducted on influence of bamboo joint on dynamic viscoelasticity of specimen from different part of culm using dynamic mechanical analysis.The result demonstrated that bamboo storage modulus decreased with increase of temperature,loss modulus had positive relation with temperature before glass transition,and loss factor had similar change tendency as loss modulus.Storage modulus of specimen at the upper part was larger than that at the lower part at room temperature,and the loss modulus was the same.Storage modulus of speciment with joint was slightly higher than that without joint.
