城市交通违章现场取证非政府服务模式研究

Study on Nongovernmental Forensics Service Mode for Urban Traffic Peccancy

通过对国内外交通违章取证模式的案例分析,比较分析了官方与非官方现场取证的特点。提出了一种在管理部门授权下成立专业交通违章取证服务公司来进行交通违章取证的运作模式,利用PEST分析法从政治、经济、社会以及技术角度分析这种服务模式的可行性。

Comparative analysis on the governmental and nongovernmental traffic peccancy forensics is presented based on the case study of typical cities in China and other countries.It is suggested that the professional company authorized by the law-enforcement departments can be established to assist the police in obtaining evidences.The operation mode of new service is discussed,and the feasibility is analyzed by PEST analysis from the view of policy,economy,society and technology.
