摘要
以城市轨道交通车站为研究对象,立足于乘客自身感受,通过系统分析,构建了以快捷性、舒适性、安全性等为一级指标的城市轨道交通车站服务水平的评价指标体系。并以西安地铁钟楼车站为例,运用AHP确定指标权重并基于改进的TOPSIS对其进行评价,以验证指标体系和改进的TOPSIS方法在城市轨道交通车站服务水平综合评价中的可行性和可靠性。
Taking urban rail transit station as the research object,based on the passengers’ feeling and system analysis,this paper built the evaluation system of urban rail transit station service level which takes quickness,comfort,security as the first level indicators.Taking the Xi’an ZhongLou station as example,using the AHP method which can determine the indexes weight and the improved TOPSIS method,the system was evaluated for verifying the feasibility and reliability of the index system and improved TOPSIS method in the comprehensive evaluation of urban rail transit station service level.
