摘要
发展创新人格教育 ,是适应知识经济发展的必然要求和社会可持续发展。通过调查 ,可了解到小学儿童创新人格的发展存在着显著的性别差异 ,不同儿童之间有其独特的创新人格特征 ,并且受到学校、社会、家庭多方面的影响。为此 ,作者提出了四点建议 ,包括在教学与教育活动中渗透创新人格教育开设创新人格教育的课程 ,树立多元化的创新人格发展观 。
In order to meet the need of knowledge economy and continuable development of society, it is necessary to carry out innovative personality education. Investigate has revealed that there significant difference between the male and female pulils' development on innovative personality, and the innovative personality of individual pupil has special characteristics which are influenced by school, society and family. This paper puts forward suggestions on innovative personality education: (1) innovative personality education should be embedded in the activities of subject education; (2) develop curriculum for innovative personality education; (3) build up the idea of multi-development of innovative personality; (4) build up files of pupils' innovative personality.
