摘要
以朝阳新区卫星遥感影像、数字高程模型作为基础数据,构建了朝阳新区的三维场景,并依照空间及属性数据库的设计原则,利用C#程序语言,采用Skyline软件平台下TerraDeveloper组件构建"数字朝阳"城市三维地理信息系统,主要实现了包括导航、量测、水淹分析、通视分析、视域分析、最短路径分析、日照分析等多种浏览方式和多种三维分析的功能。
This paper presents the 3D scene of Chaoyang District with the Satellite remote sensing image and digital eleva- tion model of Chaoyang District as the basic dat. Moreover, in accordance with design principle of the attribute database and the spatial database, the 3D Urban Geographic Information System of "digital Chaoyang" is developed by using C and the component called TerraDeveloper in Skyline software platform. The system mainly realizes various browsing styles and 3D analysis (i. e. navigation, measure analysis, flood analysis, visibility analysis, viewshed analysis, shortest route analysis, sunlight analysis, etc. ).
