鼻内镜手术后患者的疼痛评估

Patient’s Pain Assessment After Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

目的:通过对鼻内镜手术后患者疼痛的评估,及时采取有效护理措施以减轻术后患者疼痛。方法:采用描述性疼痛量表及自行设计的调查问卷对108例鼻内镜术后鼻腔填塞患者进行相关内容的评估,根据评估结果采取综合性止痛措施。结果:术后4～8 h患者疼痛强度最大。实施综合护理后,满意度提高,疼痛程度均在术后24 h后逐渐缓解。结论:医护人员主动评估患者疼痛程度,采取及时有效的护理干预,避免盲目性,达到减轻患者疼痛、缩短疼痛周期的目的。

Objective： To assess the pain of post-operative patient of nasal endoscopic surgery,and so as to take effective nursing measures to alleviate postoperative pain.Methods： Took the measure of descriptive pain scale and self-designed questionnaire,108 patients with nasal cavity filling content were assessed after nasal endoscopic surgery.Took comprehensive pain relief measures according to the evaluating results.Results： postoperative pain intensity maximum were 4 to 8 h.After the comprehensive management,there were high satisfaction;pain degree were gradually decreased 24 h after surgery.Conclusions： Medical staff should be initiative evaluating patients pain degree,according to the results,to take timely and effective nursing intervention,to avoid blindness,shorten the patients’pain cycle.
