摘要 对苯醌与盐酸羟胺反应生成的对苯醌一肟,在pH=9的氨性介质中,能在滴汞电极上产生灵敏的吸附波,由此建立了对苯醌的分析方法。对苯醌在0.001~0.25mg/L范围内与峰电流呈良好线性关系,方法的检出限为0.5μg/L,可用于痕量对苯醌的测定。 The reaction of pair quinone with hydroxylamine hydrochloride produces pair quinone oxime, which generates the sensitive absorpt wave on the mercurimetric electrode, and in the ammonie medium woth PH = 9. So we get an analysis technology for pair qui- none. There are linear relationship between pair quinone and peak current within the interval 0.001 -0. 25mg/L. This method, with check limit 0.5 μg/L, may be used to determine pair quinine.
