皖江示范区各城市协调发展情况评价与分析

On Evaluation and Analysis of the Coordinated Development of Cities of Wanjiang Demonstration Area

产业转移的目的之一是实现东、中、西部地区的协调发展。在承接产业转移的过程中,皖江示范区内部是否也存在发展不协调的问题,是该文探讨的重点。该文介绍了皖江示范区的发展现状,并从经济发展、社会发展、生态环境三方面构建协调发展的评价体系,通过数量分析技术对皖江地区各城市的协调发展情况进行评价和分析,发现示范区整体协调发展水平不高,三类城市间差距较大,并给出相应对策,旨在为加强皖江示范区城市间的联动与协作,实现整个区域协调发展提供思路。

One of the purposes of the transfer of industry is to achieve the coordinated development of the eastern area, central area and western area. In undertaking industrial relocation, whether cities of Wanjiang Demonstration Area have the uncoordinated development problem, this is the focus of this paper. This article describes the development situation of the the Wanjiang demonstration area, and constructs the evaluation system of coordina- ted development from three aspects of economic development, social development, and ecological environment. We evaluate and analyze the coordinated development conditions of the different cities of Wanjiang Demonstration Area by quantitative analysis technique. We find the level of coordinated development of Wanjiang Demonstration Area is not high, and the gap of three types of cities is large. Finally, we present the countermeasures of promo- ting regional on the basis of exploring the causes. The aim is to provide ideas to strengthen the linkage and col- laboration among the cities of Wanjiang demonstration area and achieve the coordinated development of the region as a whole.
