摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济发展迅速,市场经济的完善带来家族企业的快速发展,但是随着市场经济的深入发展,家族企业自身存在的问题也不断凸显。本文通过对大量文献研究的基础上,了解我国当代家族企业发展现状,通过深入的剖析,发现我国家族企业存在例如缺乏科学的管理机制,没有一套完整的人事制度等问题,从目前中国来看,这些问题更为严重,需要我们给予重视并且加以解决。为了能够使家族企业获得更好更快的发展,针对家族企业存在的问题提出了优化企业文化、选择合适的继承人、强化企业内部管理等应对措施,从而帮助企业走上可持续发展之路。
Since China' s Reform and Opening up, China' s economy has developed rapidly, and the market economy gradually turns perfect; many family businesses have thus got developed. However, with the development of market economy, they are facing more difficulties . I have read a large number of literature researches, on the basis of understanding the contemporary development of family enterprises in our country, and found that the family enterprises in China lack scientific management mechanism, and there is no complete personnel sys- tem. Such problems still exist. From the present Chinese point of view, such problems are more serious. We need to pay attention and take measures to solve them in time. Based on such problems, I come up with many concrete reform schemes and choice for the future direction of companies, including improving enterprise culture, selecting suitable successor, strengthening the enterprise internal management, and thus help enterprises to take the road to the development of modernization.
