大学英语教师教学效能感影响因素及应对策略探析

On Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of the Teaching Efficiency of College English

摘要 教学效能感是教师在教学过程中对其能有效完成教学工作、完成教学目标的能力的知觉与信念。大学英语教师教学效能感受到繁重的教学任务、轻教学而重科研的考评机制和不尽完善的职业培训体系等因素的影响。为了提高大学英语教师的教学效能感,高校应在完善教师培训体系、建构科学的教学管理及营造教学与科研并重的社会氛围等方面采取切实有效的措施。 Teaching efficiency means teachers' perception and faith of their capabilities of finishing the teaching tasks and achieving teaching goals. The teaching efficiency of College English is greatly influenced by the heavy teaching tasks, the evaluating system which focuses on research and neglects teaching and the unsystematic cultivating system. In order to improve the teaching efficiency of College English, colleges should take effective measures to improve the cultivating system for teachers, realize scientific teaching management, and create a social at- mosphere that attaches equal importance to teaching and science.
