社会角色理论视角下的大学生村官作用探析

Preliminarily Discussion on Functions of Undergraduate Village Officials from the Perspective of Role Theory

大学生毕业到农村任村官对农村建设有着重要的现实意义。从"学生"到"村官",大学生的社会角色发生了很大的转变。在承担村官这一角色过程中,大学生村官既有其角色扮演的优势;同时,由于受到自身条件的局限,一些大学生村官在农村工作中不能很好地发挥作用。本文将从角色理论研究视角出发,分析大学生作为村官的角色优势及角色局限,进而对大学生在农村建设中如何发挥出自身作用提出一些建议。

University graduates going to rural area to be village officials have important practical significance on the building of countryside. From ＂student＂ to ＂village official＂, the university graduates experience great transition of social roles. Assuming the role of village officials, the undergraduate village officials have their role - playing advantages but meanwhile, due to the limitations of their own conditions, there are some restriction that make some undergraduate village officials not play their function and roles wen in the rural work. From the perspective of role theory, this paper will analyse the advantages and limitations of the roles played by university graduates as village officials, and then make some recommendations on the issue how university graduates play their own roles well in rural work.
