网络舆情危机是网民对政府形成的负面情绪、态度和意见的总和。本文在深入分析网络舆情危机的传播特征及成因的基础上,指出政府在应对网络舆情危机存在的问题,提出从健全网络治理法制体系,加强专业队伍建设,培养意见领袖,搭建网络互动平台,公开信息等五方面防范和应对网络舆情危机。
