住院精神障碍患者意外事件发生原因分析及干预对策

Accident,causes and interventions for schizophrenic patients in hospital

目的:探讨分析住院精神障碍患者意外事件发生的原因,提出干预措施,减少意外事件的发生。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法对我院2005年1月至2011年12月之间的住院患者发生的意外事件进行统计分析。结果:7年间发生83起意外事件,包括骨折46起、缝针23起、猝死5起、吞食异物4起、逃跑2起、脑外伤2起、关节脱位1起。结论:住院精神障碍患者发生意外事件的相关因素有年龄偏大、身患心脑血管疾病、服用抗精神病药物及生活能力缺损、认知功能下降等。针对这些因素,在治疗、护理及患者管理方面给予相应的预防措施,减少意外事件的发生。

Objective： To study causes of accidents for schizophrenic patients in hospital,and bring forward interventions to reduce the accidents.Methods： The accidents happened in the hospital from Jan.2005 to Dec.2011 were statistically analyzed by using retrospective investigation method.Results： There are 83 accidents in 7 years,in which 46,23,5,4,2 and 1 cases were fracture,suture needle,sudden death,swallowing foreign body,fleeing,brain trauma,and dislocation of joint,respectively.Conclusions： There are many relevant factors for the accidents of the schizophrenic patients in hospital,including older age,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,antipsychotic drugs,defect of living ability,decline of cognitive function,and so on.According to these factors,some measures should be taken to reduce the accidents like the interventions of treatment,nursing,administration.
