摘要
教师专业精神的培养是教师个体结合外在要求和内在需求,自我认识、自觉提升、有效内化的过程。在这个过程中,教师培训具有不可忽视的作用。教师培训要从培训目标、培训课程和培训场域入手,增强教师培训对于教师专业精神培养的整合和促进作用。
Development of teachers' professional spirit is a process of the combination of external and internal demand, self knowledge, conscious ascending, and effective internalization. In this process, teacher training plays a vital role. Proceeding from the training objective, training courses and training fields, teacher training should be strengthened for the cultivation and promotion of teachers' professional spirit.
