Development of teachers＇ professional spirit is a process of the combination of external and internal demand, self knowledge, conscious ascending, and effective internalization. In this process, teacher training plays a vital role. Proceeding from the training objective, training courses and training fields, teacher training should be strengthened for the cultivation and promotion of teachers＇ professional spirit.
