Performance and Application of Sulfonated Waterborne Polyurethane Modified with Chlorinated Polypropylene

摘要 以聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料,在三乙胺的催化作用下,与接枝率达2.61%的马来酸酐-氯化聚丙烯聚合物(MCPP)反应,制备以氯化聚丙烯为主链,马来酸酐连接PU为支链的改性聚氨酯预聚体,经磺酸型亲水扩链剂扩链后,得到具有良好贮存稳定性的改性水性聚氨酯乳液。FT-IR证实已发生接枝聚合反应。测试表明,乳液涂膜与聚丙烯基材有很好的附着力,涂层性能优异,可作为一种新型涂料直接涂刷在聚烯烃材料上。
