Problems which hindered the development of regional football league in Guangdong province and their solutions

广东省区域性足球联赛开展以来,引起了广泛的关注。在发展过程中,广东区域性足球联赛也暴露出一些问题,如联赛内部管理制度不够健全、依法办赛意识淡薄、联赛持续发展缺乏保障、俱乐部急功近利、后备人才匮乏等。这些问题阻碍了区域性足球联赛的健康发展。从监管体系、联赛运行机制、优化发展环境和构建区域性联赛体系等方面提出对策,以期推动广东区域性足球联赛的发展。

Since regional football league was developed in Guangdong province,it has caught extensive attention.In the process of development,regional football league in Guangdong revealed some problems as well,for example,the internal league management system was not sound enough,the consciousness to manage competitions according to law was weak,sustainable league development was lacking in assurance,the clubs were too eager for quick successes and instant benefits,there was a lack of backup talents etc.These problems have hindered the healthy development of regional football league.The authors put forward solutions in such aspects as supervision system,league running mechanism,development environment optimization and regional league system construction etc,hoping to boost the development of regional football league in Guangdong.
