摘要
本文以FLUENT软件为计算工具,以敞开式阳极焙烧炉底部结构为对象,对炉底传热进行了数值模拟。通过对不同底部结构的造价、蓄热以及散热损失的比较分析,优化和确定了其最佳的材料和厚度,制定了优化的敞开式阳极焙烧炉底部结构设计方案。
Numerical simulation is carried on furnace bottom heat transfer,in which the FLUENT software is used as the calculating tool and the bottom structure of open type anode baking furnace is as the object.By the comparison of the different cost,heat storage and heat loss of different bottom structures,the best material and thickness is optimized and fixed,so the better optimized bottom structure design scheme of open type anode baking furnace is established.
