摘要
介绍了热管换热器的工作原理,热管的热力学计算及热管的基本选择。经生产实践证明,热管换热器回收的余热应用于活性氧化铝生产后期活化焙烧工序是行之有效的,既提高了产能又降低了天然气消耗。
The operation principle, thermodynamic calculation and basic selection of heat pipe were introduced. The production practice showed that it is successful to apply the waste heat recovering from heat pipe heat exchanger in activated roasting process in the late period of activated alumina production, and it increased capacity and decreased natural gas consumption.
