声子晶体中SH波的全反射隧穿滤波特性 被引量:1

摘要 利用边界条件推导出SH波在多层介质系统中的转移矩阵,得出了SH波在一维固-固结构声子晶体中的透射率公式。利用透射率公式研究了SH波在一维固-固结构声子晶体中的全反射隧穿滤波的特征。实验得出,SH波以大于全反射角入射一维固-固结构声子晶体时,在出射空间会出现全反射隧穿现象,利用SH波的全反射隧穿现象可实现多通道滤波。 Using the boundary conditions,the SH wave transfer matrix is derived in multilayer dielectric system and the SH wave transmissivity in 1D solid-solid phononic crystal is obtained.Using the transmissivity to study the filter characteristics of total reflection tunnel effect of the SH wave in 1D solid-solid phononic crystal.SH wave total reflection tunnel effect in 1D solid-solid phononic crystal is found and SH wave total reflection tunnel effect have good filter characteristics.
