摘要
通过高温熔融法制备的CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃粉末与α-Al2O3粉末按照质量分数50∶50混合,烧结制备了钙铝硼硅玻璃/氧化铝系低温共烧陶瓷材料,研究了烧结温度对复合材料的物相组成、微观结构、力学性能及介电性能的影响。结果表明,875℃烧结制备的复合材料性能最佳,抗弯强度为164MPa,介电常数为7.8,介电损耗为0.001 3,热膨胀系数为5.7×10-6/℃,具有良好的综合性能,可用作低温共烧陶瓷基板材料。
CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 /Al2O3 system LTCC material was synthesized by using the mixtrue of CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 glass powder prepared through high temperature melting method and α-Al2O3 powder with the mass percentage ratio of 50∶50.The effects of sintering temperature on the phase composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and dielectric properties of prepared LTCC materials were investigated.The results show that the LTCC material sintered at 875 ℃ has an optimal performance in comparison to other samples,its flexural strength is 164 MPa,dielectric constant is 7.8,dielectric loss of 0.001 3,thermal expand coefficient is 5.7×10-6/℃.The prepared LTCC materials can be used as substrate materials.
