摘要 基于TLC7135及nRF24LE1设计一种微安电流表,内置2.4GHz线收发器能嵌入产品中进行长时间在系统跟踪测量,并作为无线电流传感器通过无线网采样测量传输数据,文章分析微电流测量原理并设计硬件电路,借助Proteus软件进行仿真研究,定量分析测量误差与测量精度,仿真结果与真实值相差±1个字,电流表分辨率为1/20 000,与14bit A/D转换器结果相同,20μA档的电流分辨为1nA,可用于半导体漏电流或待机机器电流测量。 An μ-A ammeter has been designed based on TLC7135 and Nrf24LE1.A built-in 2.4 GHz wireless transceiver has been embedded in the product for tracking measurement in the system for a long time,and it can be used as a wireless micro-ammeter sensor for sampling and measuring the data through the wireless communication network.The micro-current measurement principle has been analyzed and the hardware circuit has been designed in this work.The simulation of design scheme has been carried out with the Proteus software,the measurement error and measurement accuracy have been analyzed quantitatively.The difference between the simulation result and the true value is ±1 LSB.The resolution of the ammeter is 1/20 000,same as that of 14 bit A/D converter and the current resolution at 20 μA is 1 nA.The proposed micro-ammeter sensor can be used for current measurement of the semiconductor leakage or the standby machine.
