摘要 针对铜钴混合精矿,采取了活性炭脱药、高效组合抑制剂BP抑制钴矿物,新型复合捕收剂CC98捕收铜矿物等项技术措施,获得了含铜32.18%,含钴0.207%,铜回收率97.25%的铜精矿和含钴3.59%,含铜2.75%,钴回收率85.17%的钴精矿。 In the process of seperating Cu--Co bulk concentration, some technical measures have been taken by using activated carbon to remove medicines , using high efficiency combined inhibitor BP to restrain co- balt minerals and using new compound collector cc98 to collect copper minerals. The results show that in copper concentration, copper grade is 32.18%, cobalt grade is 0. 207 %, and copper recovery rate is 97.25 ; in cobalt concentration, cobalt grade is 3.59%, copper grade is 2. 75%, and cobalt recovery rate is 85. 17%.
