摘要
在还原时间90min、氧化钙配比10%、复合剂配比11%、还原碳配比5%的条件下制成球团进行焙烧、磁选。考察球团还原过程温度的变化对球团产生镍铁颗粒金属化率和镍品位的影响。结果表明:还原的最佳温度1 200~1 250℃,此温度下镍的金属化率达到89%以上、铁的金属化率85%以上。镍的品位达到5%。
Under the conditions of 90 minutes time, 10% calcium oxide ratio, 11% compound ratio, 5 % re- ducing carbon ratio, pellets are made for roasting and magnetic separation. The purpose is to inspect the direct influence of the change of temperature by the process of ferronickel reduction in the pellets producing ferronickel granules metallization and nickel taste. The results showed that: the optimum temperature of the reduction is 1200 - 1250℃, with this temperature, the nickel metallization rate can achieve 89% a- bove, metallization rate of iron is more than 85 %, The taste of Nickel reached 5 %.
