摘要
本文提出用过氧化钠+碳酸钠做混合熔剂分解镍铁合金,用氟硅酸钾滴定法测定其中的二氧化硅的方法。本方法能够完全分解镍铁合金,且熔解试样时间短,方法简单易操作,在日常分析工作中应用,可以分析镍铁合金试样中1%以上的二氧化硅的测定。
The method of using sodium peroxide with sodium carbonate as mixed flux to decompose nickel and iron, and using potassium fluosilicate titration to determine silicon dioxide was put forword. The method can completely decompose nickel ferroalloy, and the time of sample melting is short, the method is simple and easy to operate, in the daily analysis work, it can be applied to determine more than 1% of silicon dioxide in nickel and iron simple.
